I want to live in the bizarro world where sea lions hop out of the water and give men with low self esteem giant fish so they don't feel bad about themselves.
Do we actually know that the fish wasn't the sea lion's to begin with? Perhaps the man stole it from the sea lion?
For that matter, do we know it was actually a sea lion at all, and not possibly a seal or a cleverly-crafted animatronic device? How unjust would it be of us to blame sea lions without really knowing one was to blame.
We should not jump to conclusions without first establishing the facts.
