Fortunately, they called up an idiot. Anyone else would've seen through this in the first minute. Or Mr Bergis really thinks that law firms are run by excited frat boys who will be so informal about a case and bring the woman on the phone.

More than likely the frat boys were calling random people and stumbled upon this guy by accident.

I've also heard the theory that this must be a fake because nobody could POSSIBLY be racist in the 21st century. I say one of the things that points to its authenticity (especially on the NASCAR one) is how Bergis starts with innocuous and vague objections, and it's only after repeated needling that the racism becomes explicit.
