Your mileage will vary, but I find Stan Burdman to be one of the better low-key Youtube videogame reviewers, and I swear I have no personal affiliation with him whatsoever.
Also, as a driving game fan, I must say, the graphics aren't that bad for a PS1 driving game, but the lack of licensed cars is a drawback and I'll take his word for it that this game really isn't worth a toss beyond seeing pretty girls.
