The unedited dash cam is on LiveLeak and after Firesign I have to side with the cops on this one. Smoking is bad for your health.

Oscar Wildcat - 2013-11-14

Do take scrotes suggestion and watch the gun camera footage. It is quite illuminating.

Old People - 2013-11-14

"Assassins." This little piece of shit was trying to run people over.

Caminante Nocturno - 2013-11-14

BUT I'M FIGHTING THE POWER!

WITH MY WORDS!

Caminante Nocturno - 2013-11-14

This kid was a clear threat to everyone around him, and was actively attacking the police with his vehicle.

On the other hand, he was white.

jaunch - 2013-11-14

Yeah, he's driving like a maniac and trying to kill the police by ramming their cars. I'm not saying that he should die for that, but I also don't know what else the cops were supposed to do.

Also, if you are going to lead cops on a highspeed chance across town, ram their cars, and drive onto a school's campus with said car, knocking shit over along the way... I'm just saying... how did he think it was going to end?

5 stars for evil (teenager)

takewithfood - 2013-11-14

He seems to basically give up trying to escape shortly after the second police car joins the chase. At that point it's pretty much suicide by cop.

I never know how to rate this stuff.

lordyam - 2013-11-14

one star for poor description and shitty tags

chumbucket - 2013-11-14

GTA tag seems appropriate here

Oscar Wildcat - 2013-11-14

As does "bad parenting". The apple falls not far from the tree.

ashtar. - 2013-11-14

Looks like the liberal media forgot to edit out the New World Order Obama tag from the lower left of the video.

BorrowedSolution - 2013-11-14

Just so I'm clear here...this doesn't set off anybody's "OMG That's snuff!" alarms? You guys are so damned fickle about that. But I guess he died after the footage ended so it's cool?

Here's five because a human life was lost in a tragic (if not necessarily senseless) manner.

RocketBlender - 2013-11-14

I think for me, is has to do with how I feel about the person in the video. When I see some poor guy who'se just trying to help someone out of a ditch with his truck's winch suddenly get pulled off a mountainside in a horrible accident, I feel a lot worse about watching it than when I see someone offscreen get shot after ramming his attacker several times and taking the chase offroad to a college campus.

themilkshark - 2013-11-14

5 stars for snuff.

This kid was going to kill someone else.

CIWB - 2013-11-14

The kid was dangerous. Don't want to get shot? Don't run from the cops, and don't try to run people over with your vehicle on a university campus.

The dad has to feel like shit, so the rationalization is understandable, but still ridiculous. "He had anger issues, if the cops would have left him alone, he'd be okay."

Yes, because ignoring maniacs with anger issues always turns out for the best.

RocketBlender - 2013-11-14

The hell is up with the description? Judging from the video, I don't think this is the first problem the kid's dad had with his behavior. He's not the first parent to call the police in the hopes of teaching their kid actions have consequences. He probably thought his kid would be picked up, have a scare, and then he'd tell the police he doesn't want to press charges and bring him home after a lesson was learned. I really doubt he thought, even for a moment, that the cops would 'assassinate' his son after he attempted to ram them several times.

RocketBlender - 2013-11-15

Well, I shoved my foot in my mouth. Reading into the liveleak article like Scrotes suggested, dad said he wasn't trying to teach the kid a lesson, just calling for help in getting him back home. Still, when you decide to involve the cops, you don't get to decide how they'll respond to something, especially being rammed. Do they think the cops should have just decided the kid was pissed and they should back off at that point?

lordyam - 2013-11-15

he wasnt wrong in calling the cops, nor were the cops wrong in shooting him. this is one of those worst day at the office kinda thing. the dad was with in his rights to the call the cops on his adult son who had stolen his property, fuck whether he wanted to teach him a lesson or just get his son/ truck back; what because its his son he doesnt deserve to call the guys whose job it is to handle these kinda things. fuck that logic. the cops and the father arent the bad guys here; this guy was armed with a weapon that kills more people than guns. his intention was to harm; he was throwing a tantrum and he is paying for that for eternity. there is no controversy here. just a bunch a guys who want to be mad at their dads and/or the cops. i standing by my one star, shitty description and stupid tags

memedumpster - 2013-11-15

If only a good guy with a truck had been there to stop him.

American Standard - 2013-11-15

Jesus. Only the most naive, whitest dad would call the cops on his own child.

themilkshark - 2013-11-15

It worked on some 70's sitcom though!

lordyam - 2013-11-15

fuck you, who do you call when your property gets stolen? or do you just bitch and moan cause you aint got it no more?

CharlesSmith - 2013-11-15

I'm guessing your family kind of sucks, lordyam.
