Wow. I feel sorry for everybody involved here, parents included; despite their bat-shit beliefs about faith healing, I'm sure it hurt them just as much to lose these children as anybody else. Do I think they should all go to jail? Yes, of course. Do I think that this is an objectively terrible thing to do to your children? Ditto. But I still feel sorry for them.

I feel sorry for the parents to some degree, but not as much as I feel sorry for the kids (and not just the ones that died, also the ones being brought up in that awful culture that'll one day have kids of their own).

I'm not anti-religious, but at what point do the parents figure out that God, if a God exists, probably would rather you use scientifically-validated medical procedures to prevent more of their offspring from dying (if the deaths are in any way avoidable)?

I don't feel sorry for the parents at all. At 10+ dead kids I don't see any reasoning other than self delusion to keep on doing the same useless shit. Their deaths can't be slow or painful enough.
