Do you suppose PG&E has actual engagement rules for dealing with all the untreated paranoid schizophrenics wandering around, or is it just some informal arrangement?

SolRo - 2013-11-23

Doesn't seem crazy enough to pull a gun on 'the enslavement installation workers', but I wouldn't risk baiting any crazies in the land of "everyone deserves a gun just because".

Wonder if any utility workers get training on how to deal with paranoid schizos...seems like they'd be a frequent source of trouble.

Gmork - 2013-11-23

You should be more scared of crazy people than inanimate objects. Retard.

SolRo - 2013-11-23

"DONT TALK ABOUT MY PRECIOUS PENIS EXTENDER!!!!"

poorwill - 2013-11-23

Ha ha ha. Gmork is a subhuman degenerate.

I don't think the local utility guys have any training in dealing with any kind of person. My neighbor's tree brought down the power lines across my yard, effectively trapping me in my home. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that 5 men stood on my lawn and stared at the wire for most of the day. When I yelled from my front door asking what they were going to do about it, they looked at me like I had 3 heads and told me they were working on a plan. They never came up with a plan. Two days later another tree fell down the block and killed the power to the line. Then and only then did they do the repair work.

Guyysssss, stop making fun of gunnnnsssss.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2013-11-24

Gmork's completely right. Guns by themselves are completely harmless, so I'm supposing he's for keeping them inanimate by not letting them near any working hands.

Also, calling people "retard" is his way of acknowledging unrequited parental nurturing that he hasn't found an appropriate substance habit for.

Udderdude - 2013-11-23

They could use some intelligence switches to be honest.

misterbuns - 2013-11-23

So I guess Michael Shannon is always in character

BorrowedSolution - 2013-11-23

I had the same thought. Huh.

5 because Bug was an amazing movie.

misterbuns - 2013-11-23

At the end he sounds exactly like shannon's character in My Son My Son What Have Ye Done

How would it even serve our country to spend billions of dollars to dumb down an already dumb society? I thought the problem is that we are already not receiving the education and training that we need to compete globally, not that we're too smart and will overthrow our capitalist overlords.

I like to imagine that there are such things as psychic torture devices and Silence Programs, but the government is using them responsibly and only on the people who really need it.
