I can't remember where I heard this, but someone that Disney has this detention center that's almost like a jail for anyone who fucks up like this. Also, I guess they keep them in this cordoned off area within Aneheim so the guests can't accidentally see Snow White drinking, drowning her sorrows, looking down into an empty shotglass like it was the magic fucking mirror.
Going out on a limb, but I'm sure all Disney employees aren't allowed to eat or drink in view of the customers. Even on breaks. At the theme park I worked at, they cribbed all of their employee conduct rules out of the Disney handbook. We had to fight the owner over being able to keep water nearby while standing outside in the open wearing our ridiculously heavy uniforms in 100 degree weather.
