I've only met rebecca sugar once but she was awesome, and her she has this reputation of being a rad down to earth talented bad ass.

i'm really happy this show got picked up.

Not all of that came through, but no doubt everything stated is true.

Can't wait to see Rebecca just shine on.

@WHO WANTS DESSERT: Jesus fucking Christ that nearly fucking broke me. I couldn't really get into Pug Davis, but I may have to give it another shot now.

The wonderful thing about this speech is that there's no cop-out at the end where Peedee's malaise is undone. He and Steven save the day, but in the end Peedee is still working his life away at a job he hates. This show is really cute but also has some hard themes going, which it's less afraid to confront than most shows aimed at grownups.

Also, Steven, you get live rent-free in the nicest house in town with three ladies who love you like a brother. And you're always buying food so you must have income from somewhere. Don't pretend you're not getting paid.

When I was young, it wasn't hidden that life sucked. We didn't need cartoons to burst our fantasy bubble.

Shoebox Joe - 2013-12-12

You also didn't grow up with the internet.

memedumpster - 2013-12-12

That's an excellent, if not sad, point.

WHO WANTS DESSERT - 2013-12-13

When you were young adults were saying the same thing about you and your generation. Congrats on being old enough to be bitter about young people and still not self-aware enough to realize that.

WHO WANTS DESSERT: I sort of wonder if the internet's generation bubble is going to be different than those who were aware of life before the internet.

I want to say no, but that strength in numbers bit makes me guess myself. I think the only real weapon is for parents who are absolutely ready, remember their child hood reasonably enough, and are willing to not commit unless they're one-hundred percent sure in a healthy relationship.

I sort of feel like those raising a child in an internet age have to philosophically, logically, and over all, love to learn in order to be strong enough to raise a kid with out them going off kilter. It's sort of a death knell to the whole "raise a kid cause that's how you're supposed to live"

I am on Who Wants Dessert's lawn, disrespecting his made up fursona of who they think I am, as if I were human.

I think I'm people.
