For those of you who don't follow Chris that closely and are craving context, the drawing on his butt is meant to be a Tomgirl Cutie Mark (yes, Cutie Mark, the pony ass-tattoos from My Little Pony). Tomgirl is the descriptor CWC's been using for the past couple years, ever since he became a full-fledged transvestite. In Chris' understanding, Tomgirls are totally straight men who like to dress in miniskirts, wear makeup, and use women's restrooms (this last point has been a source of public drama on a few occasions). He started doing this not long before his father died, which needless to say, did not please Bob at all. So that's why he's wearing the skirt. Also note the muscle bra under his shirt; that was his "gateway drug". He started wearing his muscle bras long before he came out of the Tomgirl closet, claiming it was a macho thing to do, and repeatedly insisting they reinforced his heterosexuality, since men with un-bra'd, bare chests are obviously gay.
