When I read the Autobiography of Malcolm X, the one argument that he made that I thought was a bit of a straw man was when he oh-so-cleverly argued that Jesus was probably not white. "Well no shit, sherlock", I said. And then he proceeded to make up all those ridiculous reactions of the small town folk around him.

Turns out... wasn't so much of a straw man. And maybe those reactions weren't imaginary after all.

Incoherent sputtering, rampant hypocrisy, barely-contained racist and fascist sentiments... in other words, a typical day at FNC.

It must be nice for a 'news' organization to have such a ready-made 'scandal' every holiday season. Things might get a little slow otherwise, what with people trying to appreciate their families and all.
