K, maybe not 20 years, but I was introduced to POE at least 14 years ago and it had already but running for quite a while, seanbaby & FCWPH and everything. POEnews was actually a much later addition.

I was around POE proper in... 1999 or so? God that makes me feel old.

I miss the time when the Internet had thousands of individual websites to look at. There is less shit to do online every day.

I can't remember exactly when it was started, but it was more than 15 years ago and less than 20. I was there in I think mid '99.

You'll also find art, videos, image macros, etc. and the occasional links to sites that you might find of interest. It's mostly images, and there's quite a lot of advertising/spam posts, but it's a good place to while away a few minutes.

I lurk-trawled for bulbs and insight. The commentary is pretty good and the dogpiles on various posters or idiotic comments were always fun to read. POETV has the occasional glimmer of insight but it's much rarer, thanks mostly to morons on poenews scaring away the intelligent people. S&BB i miss you :...(
