This isn't apocalypse food because it takes more effort and resources than regular, tasty food. Apocalypse food will be regular food, or for most of us, no food. This is specialty food people with resources make when they wanna go on a trip. Also I wanna punch that talking guy in his stupid face.
The point is that this food can be stored indefinitely, unlike regular tasty food, so survivors who planned ahead (but obviously not far enough ahead) can eat well for a few months before hunger drives them into the open and into the gunsights of my well-fed cannibal bretheren.
