I remember this, the enemy mercenary pilot was presented as some sort of chopper ace flying around in a high-tech "Scorpion attack helicopter" which was just a MD-500 with a couple of dinky "weapons pods" bolted onto the sides.

I love this movie... I love how horrible it is. I love Sean Young's acting. It is perfect. This movie is criminally overlooked in Nick Cage compilation videos.
