The exploitative aspect has to do not with sex alone, I don't object on the grounds of sexual morality. They lack the protections afforded to the lowliest podunk dishwasher, and the fact that they're required to use their pussies for often the same amount of money only makes me more enraging. How about proper health regulations and oversight. A cut of the house profits. A window into respectable, tax-paying citizenship with health care and tax returns and the works. It's a trap, sex work, and the longer you're in it, the harder it is to get out.

A more important question is: Why are hundreds, if not thousands, of educated young women being forced to strip or do adult entertainment for a living to pay for school, make end's meet, pay rent, and so on? And yes, I completely realize that a lot of it is sexual experimentation and exploration, a lot of it is a need for a sisterhood or community of some kind, but that's really not the big reason. It's money and desperation.
