I'd have to go back and watch a show I haven't really thought about in 10 years, but I don't think there were ever any bass lines when they showed the exterior of the cafe. It was more just taxi cabs honking and stuff. I could be wrong though.

The music sounds like the soundtrack for every shitty "wacky" 2D platformer in the SNES/Genesis era.
