BTW 1600 a month would get you about 400 squarefeet in DT LA, more towards skid row and the fashion district, which is lower rent than what we see here.

Near the Staples center you're looking at 2k-3k a month for something like we see here.

Also, those spots near the Staples Center are only available to be purchased, I believe. I don't think you can rent them.
