She reminds me of a girl who lived in my house for a while, even though she had a studio in a much more expensive part of the city: for one reason or another she's rich, rich enough to get full M2F surgery, own a psytrance studio and tons of DJ equipment, and rent out large venues constantly where maybe 10-15 people would show up. Anyway she's 35 years old and has never had a job, spending the summers at festivals and things like Burning Man.
None of that bothers me, even though I don't care for the music, but I find myself helping her and her friends with loading her heavy-ass speakers, running around looking for her cats, she always calls on me because I'm usually available in the day working mostly nights. Then she's like "I'm hungry" and more-or-less drags me along to some all-you-can-eat buffet when I'm not even hungry. The bill comes and she still wants to split it even though she can cover it easily, and doesn't even acknowledge the free work I did for her all day.
That's a little off topic, but it's still this sense of entitlement. I'm sure the "free money" she refers to is not from Social Security, but rather from the mom she's telling to shut the fuck up.
Also, Hot Topic? Yeah, I'd like to stick it to the corporate, authoritarian man and work at a mall too.

I mean, my mom will sometimes bring out the baby photos to girls I bring over and I'm like "moooom" (I love my mom but seriously I was a little porker) and even if I decided to post pictures of myself as a kid online, I'd be like "check out this little dork (it's me!)" knowing fully well that 4chan and other sites, including this one could (and probably would) have a field day with it. 15 years ago, a person might be surprised if their video posted to alt.emo.whatever got leaked outside of their usenet, but this is 2014.
Doing something stupid for attention like the prank fail kids at least can generate to some sort of ad revenue, but this is nothing but fuel for the fire. I'm sure there are lots of kids out there who think and behave just like this one here, but hopefully they're smart enough not to post things like this, whether they think it'll make them internet-famous or not.

She seems like a gross stupid blob. But, I believe the issue at question here is an interesting one nowadays.
Some countries are right now considering implementing a standard wage for everyone, like the dole but with no barrier to entry. The reasons theyre considering adopting this are.
1. It would end up cheaper than
2. Beneficial for society as you dont have far fewer people reduced to poverty/ homelessness etc.
I personally like this idea because I think a lot of people would be better off *not working* anwyay. If you examine many jobs in 1st world countries nowdays they provide zero benefit to society, all they are achieving is depleting precious resources and adding more carbon to the atmosphere.
So in a nutshell we certainly need farmers, administrators, engineers researchers and so on, but do we really need all the advertising executives, fake rubber vomit factory employees etc?
If we want to collectively avoid catastrophic human die-off and who knows what vicious resource-wars that would also involve (for various reason not just climate change) then I believe more rationalised and evidence based planned economics should be considered.

1. It would end up cheaper than the current social welfare system anyway because of the savings made in its administration. ie There would not need to be a small army of people checking whether people are eligible or not.

Take the British isles for example, They have a relatively low population density, oceanic climate, glacial soils that are not yet near - exhausted, plenty of freshwater with lots of rainfall, rivers and aquifers. Also as Islands they are inherently defensible. Areas like that should think about planning for a sustainable future. I do also agree that some areas will be totally fucked and there will certainly be mass human die-off in those regions. Also there will be wars and possibly nuclear war which would be bad for everyone.
