Wait. This went to theatres?

TheOtherCapnS - 2014-03-30

Wait a minute... This isn't a good film...

DISAPPOINTED!!!

Hooker - 2014-03-31

We should just keep re-posting this trailer every now and then to see if the "DISAPPOINTED!!" comment comes up. We're two for two so far.

Written by and for people that have never gone to college or taken a philosophy class. The last into philosophy class I TA'd covered Aquinas, Descartes, Paley's watchmaker argument, and Anselm's ontological argument.

infinite zest - 2014-03-30

Yeah I think it was Phil 440 when Nietzsche and the gang were even broached. I think it's kind of funny that (as of this post) the number 3 movie is Peabody and Sherman and number 5 is 300: Rise of an Empire

infinite zest - 2014-03-30

Oh that'll probably change soon, with Noah of all things.

Quad9Damage - 2014-03-31

A 16 on Metacritic. 16!

Not even "Pompeii," Paul W.S. Anderson's latest pile of shit, has scored that low. Not even the new Tyler Perry abortion, nor the "Endless Love" remake, nor the critically panned "Son of God" has reached the absolute bottom that is "God's Not Dead," although it has beat out those movies on Rotten Tomatoes by a few percentage points.

Of course Christians will still love it, blame Satan for manipulating aggregate scores, and probably hate "Noah" for distorting the Truth with some 300/Lord of the Rings shit or whatever.

SolRo - 2014-03-31

unsurprisingly it has a 86% user rating on RT

Jet Bin Fever - 2014-04-02

ugh

oddeye - 2014-03-30

"If God exists then how come you are in my class, you little shit?"

Scrimmjob - 2014-03-30

Dupe?

http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=126440

Also fuck sorbo

oddeye - 2014-03-31

Dude, don't be so harsh. Not many actors would attempt this highly dangerous role. What if god watches this and accidentally thinks it's real? Sorbo would be fucked like a spring chicken in HELL!!

TheOtherCapnS - 2014-03-31

Technically, they are different trailers for the same thing. I'm willing to bet the farm that they just tacked on the Duck Dynasty cameo to this movie after the fact, once they became fundie heroes.

Quad9Damage - 2014-03-31

I haven't said this in a really long time, but...

...I want to get high as shit and go see this.

Quad9Damage - 2014-03-31

"We disown him, he'll disown us."

BUT HE LOVES YOU.

takewithfood - 2014-03-31

This is so stupid it's actually adorable.

Riskbreaker - 2014-03-31

Seriously, these people are so insecure.

dairyqueenlatifah - 2014-03-31

Some of the critical reviews are pretty funny.

Adham Nu'man - 2014-03-31

Shakespeare must be rolling in his grave at the delivery of that line.

Also: "HEY SCOTTY! JESUS MAN!"

roofle - 2014-03-31

Second Glance was actually a pretty decent movie.

dairyqueenlatifah - 2014-03-31

Oh good lord, they shoehorned the Duck Dynasty faggots into this?

That must have been done at the very last second, because I saw a trailer for this movie months before their little GQ "God hates fags and niggers were better off as slaves" debacle took place and there wasn't sight nor sound of them in it.

SolRo - 2014-03-31

I demand links!

Shoebox Joe - 2014-03-31

I actually thought Mr. Sorbo was Chuck Norris for a second there.

oddeye - 2014-04-01

God wasn't dead.. till he met Chuck Norris!

Kill me.

Jet Bin Fever - 2014-04-02

Sorry buddy, it's a dupe.

http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=126440

Should've shown up with the Kevin Sorbo tag if nothing else.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2014-04-23

The part of me that's still a believer imagines God sitting at his computer, facepalming.
