It's that shit reality show 'Face Off" on fuck-bastard syfy. Face Off, more like Fuck Off; am I right? Came up with that all by myself back in 2011; stands the test of time pretty good I reckon.
He sounds like a cartoon parrot, possibly from a shitty Aladdin ripoff with hideous cgi.
