I unapologetically love The Dukes of Hazzard, but it works best in one-hour chunks once a week. When CMT started running it 7 days a week, you quickly realized how repetitive the show really was.
It's amazing how seamlessly they dropped in Lance and Coy, the intro is ECACTLY the same, with the Bo and Luke scenes replaced shot-for-shot. I never hated Lance and Coy, but they're not Bo and Luke, they just aren't.
Anyway, my favorite character growing up was Cooter.

Schneider and Wopat said the show would be nothing without them. The producers said they would be nothing without the show.
As it turned out, they were both right.
Just like Van Halen and David Lee Roth.
But not like Van Halen and Sammy Hagar because Van Halen is nothing and Sammy Hagar is still Sammy Hagar, motherfuckers.
