The video is cheesy even by the standards of Japanese pop music videos from 1987, but I do sincerely like this song. Or, at least, it's the perfect theme song for an anime series as Eighties style-infused as KIMAGURE ORANGE ROAD (a.k.a. "Max et Cie." in French, "É quasi magia Johnny" in Italian, "Johnny y sus amigos" in Spanish, and "Superfamiljen" in Swedish).

The singer is "Ikeda Masanori". I put his name in the "Other Artist Name" line but it's not sticking even when I edit.

This is pretty awesome. I love shitty 80s Japanese pop.
