Misogyny? Really? That word has officially lost all meaning. What's wrong about what he says? This is way less bitter and controlling than "The Rules" or any of dozens of guides on how to train men like dogs.

#1: Having sex too early

The only one I disagree with. It buys into the whole notion that women somehow lose value after having sex. Every single wonderful long term relationships I've ever had came from sex on the first or second date. Going for something you want is an attractive quality. Waiting a ton of time for sex shows that either there isn't much attraction there to begin with (in which case it's better to end it early) or there's a combination of bitterness and social cowardice at work that wouldn't make for a fun time in the long term.

If someone dumps you after early sex, it's because they didn't like your personality enough to hang around after the novelty of sex wore off. It's better to find out early on if your personalities are incompatible than after 3 months of "holding out". Calling men dogs for bailing after it's time to move on from just sex is as bad as men calling women whores for bailing when it's time to move on from just whining and dining.

#2: Sex time limit- This ties into #1. A strict arbitrary time limit on this means either there isn't much attraction to begin with or the person is a control freak and that's going to manifest in a bunch of other controlling behaviors outside of sex. It's the sex equivalent of a guy promising he'll introduce her to his friends someday. It's a ploy to buy time because he's not really that into her.

#3: Ultimatums- If these even have to be brought up, then the relationship is already doomed. Just cut your losses and move on.

#4: Desperation is unattractive- Saying this is misogynist now? Jesus christ, guys.

#5: Not checking your emotional baggage- How does this not apply to both sexes? "Because white cis het scum misogyny." Whatever man.


Now if you'll excuse me, I'm have to get back to being too busy to oppose cutting Planned Parenthood and other women's services because I'm spending so much time calling out generic dating advice misogynist on the internet and it feels soooo GOOOOD.
