One good thing about the Internet, I think. Back in the day, Adam West was just a washed-up star that existed so you could trot him out and laugh at him. These days, all an Adam West has to do is Tweet about their hobbies, or otherwise present themselves on some human level, and people connect with them.
It's kind of the opposite of what we do with celebrities who are riding high, where we look for opportunities to take them down a peg, even if they've done nothing to call for it.
