We used to call it something else.. I think "cracker." Like some game that high school kids played where they all jerked off on a cracker and the last one to come had to eat it!?! This is what those high school kids did for fun I guess.

I've heard that game referred to as 'mushy cookie'. It's one of those things that nobody's actually done, but everybody swears a friend of a friend did.

I have heard soggy biscuit, limp biscuit, and ookie cookie. I have never heard cracker, and it is my understanding that "circle jerk" is a generic term for group-clopping and need not include soggy biscuits.
