It's the second half of a typical Vid Kids episode. There's a VID KIDS title card with "Computer Man", then a roomful of kids dancing to a Mini-Pops-esque cover version of "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go" and then at 1:10, you see kids start pointing up towards the ceiling, which is a galaxy of stars and you see amazing graphics of a comet descending and crashing on the grid planet and then the Intro seen here followed by kids asking questions, and, for each quwstion answered, the kids all do robot arms and say "Amazing".
I'm not sure whether the kids' questions were scripted or not, the bemused reaction to the first girl pretending to be a forgetful robot seems genuine.

sasazuka - 2014-05-15 Also, one thing that's a bit strange, when the "Computer Man" asks the kids, "What's the strangest thing you have ever eaten?", the four kids they show are all east Asian, as though they're implying east Asians will eat anything although I suppose it could just be that the most "interesting" responses they got were from those four kids.

Computer Man is played by dancer and conceptual artist Peter Jarvis who now performs as "Silver Elvis":
