43min into part 2 you can find Colonel Sanders vs. Ronald McDonald. It's pretty great. I haven't found Ronald's though.

I found the best thing to do, if you've downloaded one of those bloat-filled MUGEN builds, is to rearrange the character select screen. It's a little time consuming, but it's also quite simple once you get the hang of it, and you can do everything with Notepad. Anyway, rearrange the character select screen so all the characters you care about are at the top, and all the junk characters, dupes, poorly sized imports, OCs, and OPs are shoved on the bottom. That makes it MUCH easier to find the characters you want, and you don't have to delete anything (although you may have to comment-line out the OP characters if you like playing/ watching Randoms)

Also, gaudy intro and character select screen backgrounds seem to be quite common; it's not quite as easy to change those, you need to use one of the sprite editing tools to modify the build's master sprite resources, but it makes a HUGE difference in legibility in nearly all cases.

I think I gave up before I re-arranged all of them. I did mostly sort them by types - I must have had 12 akuma types next to each other.
