I read that one of the riders who died this year was in his 50's to 60's. I was shocked, because I thought the only demographic who believe they are invincible enough to do this are young males.

Not to make light of his death, but now I can't watch any footage from this without imagining this being a sort of Running Man solution for dealing with the elderly.
