This sounds like a really neat idea, but how open is the gameplay? Will this give you the freedom to build and develop cities according to your own imagination, like Anno 1404, or will it railroad you into choosing a city from a set number of pre-designed layouts and break up the monotony with stupid mini-games, like The Sims Medieval?
