This is one the level of a really lousy SNL sketch.....just like 99% of them, and Fallon as usual only knows to laugh and "break character" again and again. Actual props for Carrey and Daniels for doing their best with such lousy material.

Yeah. This was funny except for Jimmy ("oooh you can't say that on the TONIGHT SHOW OLD PEOPLE IN KANSAS ARE WATCHING") Fallon. Frankly I fucking hate Fallon. Not as a person but just as a "comedian/actor" who never did anything funny on SNL and got by on his good looks and awkward boyish charm, fading into the "whatever happened to.." category before somehow getting scooped back up because he's such a nice guy bullshit.

Joe Piscopo was funnier than Fallon. Daniels and Carrey make it work on almost a KITH level, and Fallon fucking ruins it by his very fucking existence.

Yes, I compared it to a very bad version of a KITH sketch. Specifically the sketch where a young Neve Campbell walks into the Pizza place and orders a slice. Or object-based comedy like the Pet Oatmeal, which could've been the dumbest thing ever but turned out brilliant. Daniels and Carrey obviously have a knack for this and natural chemistry, making a one-joke sketch as bad as Coneheads awkwardly funny by drawing it out to its logical conclusion. Fallon, like Campbell, ruined it.
