A place I used to work at had this group called the Eye Candy DJs and they'd play their own stuff with old music videos, anime you name it in a big mashup. So if I was hosting a get together or shindig if you will, I'd just throw on the Best of Bowie DVD or something with no sound in the background. The reactions would be about the same.. people doing an almost kabuki esque recreation of the video.
