Is this what it was like to get a NES for your birthday or Christmas? I wouldn't know cause my folks forced to me buy my GameBoy with my own money in 1989. They wouldn't buy me any video games, and I only bought the gameboy cause it was cheaper than the NES, and man was a lot back then!
I actually don't remember getting the NES for some reason, but I remember having to save up my allowance for like 2 months any time I wanted a new game.
I got a NES after SNES came out, and Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu looked about as close to an SNES game as anything I could think of, so that was the only game I had. My dad would bring home old PCs from his work so I got into computer games and shareware after that.
I made my comment because if my parent's had actually bought me an NES, I would have cried harder than this kid ever did, cause I WANTED that damn thing, man. I feel for this kid.
Well, it's reassuring to see a kid be thankful that he got anything and then be overjoyed when he finds out that he really did get the thing he wanted too.
Usually you see these videos and the kid throws a fit and acts like their life is over because "I DIDN'T GET MUH NEW IPHONE I HATE YOU MOM AND DAD"
