If I were to rely on my own bias when interpreting the joke, I'd say the joke is something like: "you think ISIS kills people, but really, they don't actually kill anyone, because everyone is friends and also ponies". I figured it was that Israel was both drawing media attention away from ISIS when they were still a more fledgling organization and still vulnerable, and that they're creating extremists that will one day join ISIS, pretty much acting as recruiters for them.

What I'd like to know is, where does this clip come from? Context would be helpful, but there is no description, and comments are disabled. Is this a sketch show? An amateur student film? Is it translated correctly? Is it even Palestinian?

The joke is that Israel kills more Muslims than even ISIS, guys. Whether or not you agree with that, the joke and the skit as a whole are pretty damn well done.

Since the subject of the joke in its entirety isn't limited to Muslims, I disagree with your interpretation of this joke under Article VII of the Joke Interpretation Manifest of Zurich, 1969.

The ISIS offensive has claimed nearly 6,000 lives already, and that's just in Iraq. If you include the "al Qaeda" casualties in Syria, before it separated from al Qaeda over differences in tactics, then that number would probably be in the tens of thousands. Their goal is the complete eradication of every Shiite in the Middle East, followed by the foundation of a caliphate stretching to Spain. Hamas probably won't be into that since they have also claimed that they want a Muslim state stretching all the way to Spain. WHO WILL WIN ALLAH VISION FOR THE FUTURE? It is in his hands alone.

The worst part is, Spain shouldn't even have existed. France, England, hell even Germany, they've all got ethnolinguistic links which sort of validate their respective governments' claims of nationalistic sovereignty. Proposal: we broker peace in the Middle East by carving up Spain between the PLO and ISIS. Israel can keep Gaza and the West Bank, the Muslims can take Cordoba and all the land south of the Pyrenees. Jews and Christians can flock to the Holy Land, Western European Muslims can re-emigrate to the Caliphate, everyone wins!
