I can't pull up the video right now, but judging by the uploader and the main viewership (almost all of whom seem to be of Persiatic origin - judging by the high usage of English, I'm guessing Pakistani)... possibly something Indo-Pakistani? Can't think of any which sound like Dutch offhand. I'll try listening to it when I get to work.
I'd be delighted to learn that Camp Candy was shown in the Punjab.

EvilHomer - 2014-09-25 Digging further, one of the YT commentators speculates that it is Hindi, while another is speaking (typing?) what appears to be romanized Urdu. The Hindi guy doesn't seem too sure of his answer, and Urdu can be mistaken for Hindi, so I'm going to stick with my guess.
