There's a lot here, the speakers are prone to rambling, and it might be very confusing for people who've never encountered these groups before. Basically, the Nuwaubians (the first group) believe they are million-year-old Egyptian gods who came to earth from outer space. The second (the Hebrew Israelites) believe that they are the original true tribe of Judah exiled from the Holy Land after the destruction of the Temple of Jerusalem, Jesus was black, and the Semitic people we know today as Jews are really post-Roman imposters. They differ mainly in their attitudes towards the Torah/Bible (the Nuwaubians reject it, the HI embrace it) as well as cosmology (the HI are torahic literalists and Young Earth Creationists, the Nuwaubians believe the universe is millions or billions of years old and black people came to Earth from a different planet)

No sane human being could endure one hour of this, let alone five.
