Rodak/Goa wasn't the least bit intimidating as a villain, but his "Lugo Men" henchmen scared the shit out of me as a kid.

Rodak was a hilarious villain - there's a subplot over a couple of episodes in which he kidnaps kids and tries to convince them that he's the Champion of Kids Everywhere, fighting such things as bedtime, homework and vegetables in meals.

I have the entire series on DVD (from a guy who includes the legal documentation that shows that he bought the US distribution rights as well as a signed poster from Goldar. I'll try to find a way to post a picture or two of the Magma/Goldar costume I wore for Halloween about ten years ago. My then-wife-to-be didn't wear a CANONICAL Silvar costume, but she was still adorable.
