I've cooled off since I started actually clicking through to see his quotes in the original context and noticed that a lot of times the accusations of cherry picking and misrepresentation that the MRA apologists would throw around in comments on his posts were actually kind of true. Which was ridiculous and unnecessary becasue the stuf they were saying tended to be just as bad WITHOUT being misrepresented, and he was just giving them ammo by doing it. Not that I think he does it on purpose, I just think he's a classic example of someone who happens to be on the right side of a conflict (or at least the side I agree with) but is really not much better than the other side.

Maybe he's gotten better since he moved to the new domain, but I haven't paid much attention this year.
