Nostalgia bomb.

On further reflection, mine was"Hallmark's Scary Sounds of Halloween," hence the different cover. I'm pretty sure it was almost all the same stuff though, this one might have some added synthesizers.

There are so many of these under different names, even Martha Stewart put one out. Many use the same apparently public domain haunted house sounds, like the fake cats that yowl like a blender, dragging chains, and could be found in dollar stores.
