God, I love Borderlands.

I know it's only tangentially related, but seriously; Borderlands is one of the few "modern" game franchises that actually kicks ass, consistently and thoroughly! They may have ruined Diablo. They may have ruined The Elder Scrolls. They may have ruined Company of Heroes, Command & Conquer, Tomb Raider, Hitman, Resident Evil, Dragon Age, GTA, X, and who can count how many other franchises. But dammit at least Borderlands is there to pick up the slack.

The internet, and Marvel Studios, is slowly turning me back toward childhood passions like comics and anime (back when I was a kid it was Astro Boy and Speed Racer. Now it's Inuyasha.) Next stop, Gaming? I actually found a comic on the internet I can remember reading from almost 50 years ago. It was Iron Man. Tried to buy the Age of Ultron Graphic Novel at Barnes and Noble yesterday, and... holy shit it's 35 dollars! When I was kid, a comic book was 12 cents.
