infinite zest - 2014-11-11 Hooker we were on the same page, except I was never good at them. I just liked making text adventures and stuff. So I went into videogame journalism instead, around the time that Sega (especially Sonic) seemed doomed to me, but they were on top of the world. What's weird is I played Sonic Generations a couple of days ago, only for a level or two, but it was pretty perfect, both in 2D and 3D. It seemed like an apology for a decade and a half of bullshit, and besides jumping onto a platform once in a while and falling through nothing because you weren't supposed to be there in the first place you were fine completing the level, and probably the game. Mario had plenty of those problems too. This seems really unacceptable, especially for such an old and established franchise.
You can easily fall down a bottomless pit in this one, at which point you must restart the game, at least according to the youtube vids.
