Monkey Napoleon - 2014-11-19 I could write pages and pages on how poorly designed youtube is. There really should be some kind of "don't feed this video to the equation" button. Maybe in the playback options.
For me, it seems to be sovereign citizen type videos that clog up my feed every time I happen to watch one here.

Monkey Napoleon - 2014-11-19 Eh, I guess I'd just never thought of that before. It's easy to forget sometimes that there's a link because I almost never use it and it's tiny.
Still, it seems sloppy that the easiset way to exert any control over it is to change your browsing mode. I guess it's not as big of a problem as I imagined it.
I still maintain that there are few pretty simple tweaks that would vastly improve youtube.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2014-11-19 A lot of you probably know this, but I didn't until very recently. Jack Thompson wanted to obtain a court decision that would exempt video games from First Amendment protections. The man was a bona fide menace.
If you want real evidence that these guys are motivated by some dark primal misogyny, consider the reaction to a man trying to revoke their constitutional rights vs. the reaction to a woman who makes youtube videos.

I was trying to figure out what I look like inside I guess, and it's hard because I don't really have a set form so much as a sort of resting level which is generally a tiger, but not necessarily an existing sort of physical breed so much as a demon that's just off the level of having a biological body so much as a metaphysical body. So... shadowy. I want to describe what I look like inside though so it doesn't necessarily matter to my identity what I look like but it's nice to say here goes:
It hit me that a good way to explain the colour is that I look kinda like a pale tiger with pale stripes, but in inverted colours. pale tan/grey on dark shadow grey. At most solid "physical" point, the fur is a rich very dark yellowish-grey agouti, with stripes that vary from brownish/less dark shade of grey with hazy edges, to a creamy white with stark borders. More often, when the form is a bit looser, the fur becomes a little shaggy and cloudy and I look more like smoke inside, all shifting dark grey on grey shadows (that's why my first profile pic on here was a snow leopard- the colours and coat length are kinda reminiscent of my shadowy resting form despite not being specifically a tiger). At times my form flares up and shapeshifts into a different animal, and at these times and occasionally when my spirit is just in that zone I guess, I become very pale and even shiny white with dark hints, like an inversion of my most pronounced tiger form. My stripes don't really sit still or stay in one shade but kinda ripple like fire or shifting smoke. My spirit doesn't shift from being a tiger very much (shifts to bird or dragon mostly), but when it does the colouration is very white and sort of pale coffee tones of shining-white-brown, so very very different to the appearance of my inner self at resting point.

So I want to know, Do others with a shape-shifting or metaphysical kintype have this kind of hard-to-describe form? I imagine some angelkin have trouble describing themselves. I don't know much about (humanoid I guess) demon kin but I imagine we're similar in some respects? Smile

So, I actually am starting to feel kind of bad for the Owen dude. He is at least a little less than hinged. He has hours and hours of videos just himself complaining about Anita Sarkeesian on his channel. Including one in which he claims she had her skin artificially whitened to appear "more mainstream" (what?) and one in which he claims, in all seriousness, that she uses "verbal hypnosis" in her videos to magic people into sending her money. I'm not exaggerating that last one. I mean, being kind of off your rocker doesn't give you free range to behave like an obsessive ass, but it's still a little sad.
Aurini, on the other hand, is just one of a handful of destitute pickup-artists who's gotten involved in GamerGate, trying to squeeze some money out of angry dudes, as is the PUA way. I suspect he's smart enough to notice that Owen is a little fucked, and is happily taking advantage of that to further his turtleneck purchasing power.
