I remember the Baby Cakes, because come on? Who doesn't? It wasn't one of the better episodes - in fact, I think overall it may have been my least favorite Pinkie-centric episode thus far - but the Cakes were fairly prominent guest characters, notable for being some of the only actual baby characters in the series, and they were both quite clearly wearing diapers, at least when they weren't wearing their hooded onsies.

But I had to look up the episode number, of course. I'm not some kind of autistic dork!

I was going to add that my favorite pic is probably the one at 0:16; Scootaloo has such an adorable expression in that one, she looks almost like a kitsune! But I thought maybe that would be going a bit too far.

My hypothesis is that the name, lacking any indication as to its pony-nature, failed to trigger the reactionaries' defense mechanisms. Like sneaking Communism into Hollywood films, the Pony agenda need not always be overt to win the war.
