Cute. I really wish I had this show when I was a kid. I've only seen a couple episodes but it's probably the most charming thing on television, especially for some kid going through puberty. I was the kid with the square face if you really wanted to know.
Fun fact: the guy who created the show and voices Clarence recently got fired from CN and the show taken from him because he wouldn't stop sexually harassing his female co-workers.
Apparently it was sexual assault, not just harassment, and apparently it was in the middle of one of his manic phases. Apparently he's a manic-depressive schizophrenic and had a history of his mental illness being shrugged off as "quirky."
Also apparently he never actually wrote any episodes and the actual writing staff hasn't changed at all. Here's hoping.
