Wait, so this isn't Nick Bravo?
|
Jet Bin Fever - 2015-02-13 This is an incredibly weird thing to say about this person, but he is better looking than Nick Bravo.

SolRo - 2015-02-13 that's going on my resume, JBF

The Mothership - 2015-02-13 The preload image is an amazing likeness of Nick Bravo.

simon666 - 2015-02-13 It's a confusing video, because this guy, who apparently is not Nick Bravo, has the same kind of specious reasons has Nick Bravo and mannerisms sans speak impediment.
Just like Nick, this guy takes for granted everything thing he points out as if it's blindingly fucking obvious to everyone. "This is pure rhetoric!" Oh cool, how's he going to evidence that? Oh, he's not. Next point.

A medieval religious view of sex would be something along the lines of: women are property and can be made to do whatever, because of the conjugal debt. I think you should attend my world civ course, young man.

He made this video before reading the full article? Why not take the extra 5 mins to at least skim the rest of it?
|
oddeye - 2015-02-13 also aren't these just guidelines?

I occassionally visit that site that makes fun of MRAs, apparently this guy had a dramatic falling out with another prominent deadbeat dad woman-haters clubhouse. mee-ow.

He sounds like a butt, although in fairness to him, these "legal guidelines" are indeed sort of horseshit. While it's technically not a law - at least, not from what the article says - these guidelines do sound inherently paranoid, prosecutorial, and even sexist (what about male rape victims? What about consent from both parties?), particularly the ones found further down in the article, which Mr Bravo fails to discuss (or even read). Great for prosecutors and the police, but maybe not the best thing for Britain's already draconian legal system, straining as it is against harsh morality laws, domestic surveillance, and extra-judicial ASBOs.
Surely, there must be a Ministry of Public _Defenders_ or somesuch that can release a better set of guidelines, one which affirms victim's rights on *both* sides of the aisle, and also keeps the bobbies focused on procedural restraint and civil liberties.

I doubt that anybody has ever had consensual sex with this man.
