This is kinda what I was hoping Five Nights at Freddy's 2 would be like instead of just a few changes. Like, not open world exploring, but at least the chance to become friends with the robots.. etc. FNAF2 is basically Street Fighter 2 Turbo after you just got Champion Edition because it was on sale.

infinite zest - 2015-03-09 Yeah, they were different, but it was pretty subtle, to me anyway. At least not enough to warrant a new purchase. And I can't really complain that much: I purchased FNAF2 for iPhone so I can play it when I need to take the bus, like today, and someone offered me their bus transfer at the stop so I didn't have to pay really and like playing it on the bus. Basically I got .50 out of the deal..
FNAF2 improves on several things. The jump scares are actually jump-worthy and the music box is cool too. I would recommend it over the first one (just like everybody ever would recommend SF2 over SF1) except for the fact that it's INSANELY difficult compared to the first one, which isn't exactly a walk in the restaurant. I wasn't expecting a reinvention of the wheel, but I dunno..
