That's the consensus, but damned if I could find it. Maybe it's just a new title ("real life GTA" seems to be a thing now all of a sudden even though the game's been around for close to 20 years)..

We have a few neighborhood methheads who pop up for a little while, go to jail, and come back. The worst was this one who decided he was our friend (the rest just kind of stayed to themselves) and most of the time he was cool.. like we'd be outside on the porch drinking a beer and he'd just come up and start talking, ask for a cigarette and offer some good weed that he kept in his pocket without a bag like Hank Scorpio. Once in a while he'd freak out like this though, especially if there was a girl around and start yelling and running down the street punching cars.

Guy filming probably called the cops. Either that, or this had been going on long enough for him to reasonably suspect a car was going to show up and check it out soon.
