My point is that you can be aware of bias but still have a mentality that pushes you towards that bias no matter how much you understand that bias being absolute shit.

Think of it as a rung above the concept of a very superficial in their comprehension but still muster for an ideology but then swing in the other direction so violently that you wonder if they were just faking it.
