It's really only Phoenix which is a shithole. Tucson isn't half bad. Bisbee and Tombstone are pretty awesome. The drive from Flagstaff to Sedona is beautiful. Although Sedona's a bit hoity-toity. Northeast corner is all Navajo and Hopi. Northwest Grand Canyon and Supi. Southwest nothing but desert besides Yuma and Quartzsite.
