Why do people even have a problem with that!?

I wonder if it goes both ways. In October or so of this year I'm moving to Australia. It's not totally on a whim, I've got an aging uncle down there I want to help take care of, and the rest of my family lives there anyway, and I've spent 33 years of my life dealing with winters of various intensities from constant rain and cold to fucking freezing cold, so why not? Also I want to learn to surf. Anyway I hear they like "American" accents down there, like if you have any sense of humor at all, if you say it in an American accent it's 1000% funnier

You mean when Adult Swim had funny stuff on it? Yeah.. I miss those days too.

The art looks like a combination between early Brad Neely and basically everyone I knew at Mass Art in 2003 who drew comics (at least one of whom went on to do a not-that-great show for Adult Swim), but not in a bad way.

I was reminded of Paperrad, which I hadn't thought about since 2002 or so, which I checked and promptly crashed my browser. Guess I'm glad to know they're still around. It also reminds me of Bart the General. I should state the obvious and mention that Rick and Morty is not only the best thing on Adult Swim, but also one of, if not the best, animated series of all time. And King Star King was awesome, but apparently not good enough for AS proper because it would eat up valuable Family Guy and Robot Chicken time. I love Neely but I can't really get into China IL though, it just reminds me of the underground newspapers in college (and high school) that make fun of professors and teachers. But chances are if I was 18 again and in college, it'd probably be the best thing ever, like the first season of ATHF, Sealab and Brak Show. Childrens' Hospital is that sort of Arrested Development humor I don't like, Triumph got old after an episode which reminds us of why it was a funny Conan skit and nothing else, Eric Andre's gotten old, Mr. Pickles, same as Triumph, I get it- fun for a short.. Newsreaders is actually really good though, which means the only show I like on Cartoon Network is not a cartoon at all. I don't know if CN has just lost touch completely, but as an adult I'd much rather watch and enjoy their daytime lineup like Teen Titans Go, Gumball, Steven Universe and the rest. Because they're actually funny and well-written.
