Thank you! It's actually an older version, I worked on it more - fixed the shadows, added some blood - but never got around to uploading the finished piece. I haven;t really been uploading anything at all since Zoe died, since that's been my main project (except for that one quick picture of Finland's Eurovision band I did last weekend).

I don't like the term bisexual, at least applied toward myself. I just don't think it describes me very well. It's simplistic, binary. My sexuality is more of an essay question than multiple choice. My Twitter profile says "ambiguously queer".

Also, I'm not really sure how that would get me off the hook, though I guess it lends credence to the idea that my obsession is more about identification than attraction. I've always felt at home in my body, and so on, but I am drawn to feminine icons. I saw Thelma and Louise in the theater three times, because it seemed to speak to me.

Ah, but you see, you can't! That is the nature of obsession. If you could stop talking about it, then you wouldn't be obsessed.

Actually, I was very tight-lipped about it, until somebody here, actually, someone in BO-NEWS, traced me to something I'd posted somewhere, probably an old blog that I'd tried to start back in the bad old days called "department of Boxxy" that never got anywhere. It was like two posts, but somebody tried to use it to embarrass me, and I just decided not to be embarrassed.

As far as my sexuality is concerned, like I said, it's an essay question, so I've tended not to talk about it, lest I have to write the whole essay. Before AIDS, when I was in my early 20s, I did some stuff. From 25 to 45, I would have probably been with more men if it wasn't the height of the AIDS thing, and if I wasn't trying for monogamy, which implies picking a gender. Now I'm off the market, haven't dated in years. Since I haven't been very successful in relationships, I don't want that to be what that failure to be what the rest of my life is about. I don't want to feed the need. So now, it's all fantasy, and so I no longer have to pick a gender.

She's a lurker who's been attempting to submit her own How To videos for the last few months. She submits A LOT of them: at one point, more than 80% of the hopper was filled with her submissions. You could literally scroll down the page and see nothing but Cayla Wood videos. She has an account here and has commented on videos a few times; I think she's nice, but a lot of people hate her.
