I've been watching that as well wondering if he's going to be serving time or if he's walking free with probation. I realize CA prisons are over crowded but the Corkster needs to serve something for having the balls to record that video of property he stole from a deceased woman. Hopefully we'll know soon where he's going so we can send him a care package.

I'm pretty sure if his sentence had been commuted somehow he could be categorized as such. That his status is "state prison" I would assume does not bode well. Still, he doesn't show up in the inmate system in CA, though this could just be because he was only just sentenced.

Oh..so I looked it up and "days sentenced" is actually a code number, not a literal number of days. Days sentenced = 0 means the inmate was sentenced to state prison and no longer a "county" prisoner.

So that answers that.

Do any of you know what happened to Tim and G4T? Did either of them get picked up/ ratted upon?

I don't know about Tim, but G4T is still on YouTube making a shit-ton of videos. He's avoided discussing the whole thing for the most part and is still playing up his bullshit "homeless survivor" persona, even though he apparently has access to an HD camera, the means to constantly upload videos and probably made off with some money from the real estate scam. (keep in mind, G4T was Tim's strawman buyer before he got involved with Corky) He's also a huge conspiracy nut now and was pretty big on the whole Jade Helm thing until that turned out to be bullshit. He's not quite as shitty as Corky, but he comes close, in my opinion. He's one of those voluntarily homeless people it seems who likes to bitch about "the system" and all this shit just to rattle the cages of the right wing-ish/reactionary type, but then pulls this "Oh, but when you live like this it's a PARTY EVERY DAY" thing with plenty of that libertarian-esque garbage about being some kind of Randian superhero by living in a car or whatever. Much like Nick now that I think about it.

I am very curious what happened with Tim, though. It seemed very likely the DA was aware of him which is why they probably went for Bravo first, so the question is did he rat or not?

Oh shit, nevermind, I wasn't aware Spike had so many counts dropped from his case. I'm thinking that means he made at least some kind of deal unless the DA is mysteriously lenient.
